2012 Wizard World Philly Comic Con: My Favorite Costumes

So we’ve established that yes, the 2012 Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con was awesome. One of my favorite parts of any convention that I’ve ever attended are checking out all of the great costumes or cosplayers, if you will. Since we were press (I know, it’s weird to think about) and we had a lot to do I didn’t get as many shots as I otherwise would have. However the pics I did get I am definitely jazzed about.

Mario and Luigi? We both had to get in on that.
When I saw these 4 lovely ladies I jumped in on a photo someone else was taking but they said it was okay.
& the next day I accosted Poison Ivy again because her costume rocks!
in the original costume (before Captain America becomes famous), hells to the yeah!
This dude was doing Nicholson's '89 Joker & he was in character!
When I find a group of young men with light sabers I can't help myself.
for someone who doesn't watch Doctor Who my sister was unnaturally attracted to the TARDIS (I don't watch it either, I just spend way too much time online)

The DeLorean from Back to the Future was there & for a small fee of $20 you could get a pic either inside or standing on the hoverboard to benefit The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, very cool

Press passes to the convention were provided to both Hot Donna & myself gratis from the awesome PR team at Wizard World.

  5. I agree with you – that poison ivy costume rocks! But would have loved it if she added more leaves to the costume and scrap the flowers… I love the green 🙂
